RVA Community Walk in Lamoureux

Join the River Valley Alliance’s Community Engagement Committee for a walking tour from Lamoureux Trailhead to the new Highway 15 Pedestrian Underslung Bridge and back!

What to bring:

• We would also suggest wearing weather-appropriate clothing and bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Parking: Parking is available at the small parking lot at the end of Lamoureux Drive

Route: We will depart from Lamoureux Trailhead and walk along the trail to the Highway 15 Pedestrian Bridge. There is a porta-potty available in the parking area. We will then return to our starting point.

Difficulty: Easy – The terrain is relatively flat, and it is a paved trail.

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time to check in and get situated. As a group, we will all leave promptly at 11: 00 am. To help us keep to schedule, please arrive by 10:45 a.m.

Please remember to dress for the weather. In the case of inclement weather, we will notify you of a cancellation.
