Join us for a magical morning of birdwatching in one of the best spots to observe a wide variety of species—the mouth of Whitemud Creek! Whether you’re a seasoned birder or brand new to the hobby, this three-hour guided experience will teach you how to listen, watch, and identify the incredible birdlife of the river valley.

The River Valley Alliance is partnering with experts from the Wildbird General Store to bring you this immersive learning opportunity. By the end of the session, you’ll develop new skills and might even have birds eating out of your hand!

🔹 What to Expect:
✔️ Expert-led instruction on bird calls, behaviours, and identification
✔️ A short, flat, and scenic route along the trails
✔️ Hands-on experiences with the local bird population

🔹 What to Bring:
👕 Dress for the weather
🔭 Bring binoculars if you have them (a few will be available to share)
