Join the River Valley Alliance for a scenic and history-inspired ride along the Fort Saskatchewan stretch of the trail. This 22 km loop explores the beautiful West Rivers Edge area before connecting along the Chabot Trail.

Riders will enjoy scenic river views as we:
• Ride a loop of the RVA trail at West Rivers Edge
• Follow the Chabot Trail corridor
• Cross the Fort Sask / Lamoureux RVA underslung footbridge (our turnaround point)

This route offers a mix of natural beauty, local history, and one of the most unique bridge crossings along the trail system.

This is a moderate ride suitable for most cyclists who are comfortable riding 22 km.

🚴 Rider Requirements

Ensure bikes are in good working order before attending:
• Tires fully inflated
• Brakes working
• Gears functioning properly

A cycling helmet is required.
A bell is mandatory.
Riders must be comfortable and familiar with how their bike operates.
All types of bikes are welcome.

💧 Bring water and dress for the weather.
