Join the River Valley Alliance for a scenic ride through the very heart of the city. This 18 km, mostly flat, out-and-back route follows the North Saskatchewan River through some of Edmonton’s most iconic river valley landscapes.

Along the way, we will:
• Cross and explore two iconic bridges
• Visit the site of Edmonton’s first brewery
• Ride past the striking new climbing wall
• Turn around at Dawson Park

This is a fairly easy ride suitable for most cyclists and a great way to experience the river valley’s connectivity from a new perspective.

🚴 Rider Requirements

Ensure bikes are in good working order before attending:
• Tires fully inflated
• Brakes working
• Gears functioning properly

A cycling helmet is required.
A bell is mandatory.
Riders must be comfortable and familiar with how their bike operates.
All types of bikes are welcome.

💧 Bring water and dress for the weather.
👉 Registration is required to participate.
