This project brought existing informal trails to a primary trail standard and added new primary trails to create approximately 10 km of trails in the river valley.
The project also included a staircase from street level into the river valley (the "Legs of Fire" stairs) and two trailheads at Voyageur Park.
This project included the construction of a trailhead, including a small parking lot and 1.7 km of trail that currently ends at the bottom of Battery Creek.
